Fill out a short questionnaire so I know the ages, sizes, and color preferences for wardrobe selections. Based on your answers, I’ll curate style boards for you to approve, and bring the items (along with backups) to our session.

All finished artwork is purchased after your session so you can choose, print and frame the images you love. Investment begins at $2,200+ for artwork and digital images, in addition to the reservation fee.

Two to four sessions throughout the year to document milestones of your choice. Popular uses are for maternity, newborn, 6 months and 1 year. Also recommended for family photos, birthdays, holiday photos and mother’s day.

About This Family & Maternity Photographer in Seattle

When will we get to select our photos and artwork?

In the 2-4 weeks following your session, I’ll be in the creative midst of photo editing — this includes color correcting, tone adjustments, cropping and curating a gallery of timeless, cohesive images. When ready, you’ll receive an email with a link to schedule your viewing and ordering appointment.

Where are you based?

I’m family, newborn, and maternity photographer in Seattle. Home is Tacoma, WA and a majority of my work takes place in Seattle and throughout the Pacific Northwest. While most of my clients typically trust the studio, field or coastal locations I’ve pre-selected, please let me know if you have something else in mind.

What time of day should we take our photos?

An hour before sunset is ideal for that dreamy, beautiful lighting, the kind that brings out warm, natural skin tones and a film-like finish. This can make for later sessions in the summer, but is key to creating the photographs I’m known for. I have tips to help with the little ones if need be; just ask!

When is the best time to book maternity photos?

As a maternity photographer in Seattle I recommend taking maternity photos between 28 and 32 weeks, booking them in advance, however, during your second trimester.

Are the sessions really untimed?

Yes! Good things take time. We may not need all day, but we won’t put a timer on things either. I don’t time my sessions to ensure that nothing is rushed, and that if meltdowns happen, we have time to relax back into things.

Can we get just the digitals?

Of course! Digital collections are available in 10, 20, or your full gallery of 30+ images. However many families choose to receive their digital images through their artwork investment.
